Stay Cool ACR is a commercial mechanical services contractor based in Caringbah South, working across Sydney and regional NSW. The business was established in 2020 and is run by director James Currie, who has 15 years in the trade.

Our work is light commercial: office fit-outs, bank branches, retail, hospitality, health and fitness. We install VRV/VRF, ducted and cassette systems, outside air and exhaust, and we look after commissioning, handover and ongoing maintenance.

We work either as a design and construct contractor or as a construct-only subcontractor under the builder. Either way, the person who quotes the job is the person running it on site. That means fewer handovers, quicker answers to RFIs, and no gap between what was priced and what gets installed.

Safety comes first on every job. Every site gets a project-specific SWMS, and we’re used to working through contractor management platforms like BuildPass and 1Breadcrumb. Our team is inducted for high-compliance sites and all work is installed to the relevant Australian Standards and the NCC.

Most of our work comes from builders and project managers who use us again. We turn up, hold programme, keep a tidy site, and hand over with full documentation.
