Design and construct
Mechanical design development and consultant coordination, shop drawings and technical submissions, BCA/NCC and AS 1668.2 compliance, lessor fitout guide compliance, Section J insulation and ductwork requirements.
Commercial fit-out and refurbishment
Tenancy fit-outs, warm shell and base build integration, decommissioning and removal of redundant plant, staged and after-hours works in occupied and trading premises.
Systems installed
VRV/VRF heat recovery and heat pump systems, ducted and cassette split systems, fan coil units and branch selector boxes, refrigerant pipework and insulation, insulated ductwork and air distribution, linear slot diffusers, swirl diffusers and plenum boxes, outside air and toilet exhaust systems, mechanical ventilation, condensate drainage, electrical and controls, thermostats and local controllers.
Service and maintenance
Planned maintenance, breakdown response and plant replacement.
Commissioning and handover
Air balancing with balanced flow rate reports for engineer review, demonstration of commissioned equipment, personnel training, O&M manuals with as-built drawings, balanced air quantities and plant operating curves, 12 months maintenance and warranty on installation.
