Stay Cool ACR is a Sydney-based mechanical services contractor delivering air conditioning, ventilation and mechanical works across commercial fit-out projects in New South Wales. The business is owner-operated by James, who brings 15 years in the trade to every project, and works as both a design-and-construct contractor and a construct-only subcontractor under head contract.

We are built around direct principal involvement. The person quoting your job is the person coordinating it on site, which means fewer handovers, faster RFI turnaround and no gap between what was priced and what gets installed. Projects run from metro Sydney through to regional New South Wales.

  • NAB Ballina

    Two-level fit-out; ducted VRV to ground and first floor; cassette split to bunker; new first floor outside air and toilet exhaust systems; roof-mounted condensers; decommissioning and replacement of existing plant.

  • NAB Chatswood

    56 kW VRF system serving the full tenancy plus dedicated 10-person meeting room; cassette split to bunker; bunker ATM and comms rack exhaust; outside air system; condensing units to rear carpark.

  • NAB Bega

    VRV heat recovery system serving FOH, BOH, breakout and meeting rooms; ducted and cassette splits; ATM bunker and comms room exhaust; outside air system with weatherproof intake and F4 filtration; linear slot and swirl air distribution.

  • NAB Lane Cove

    28 kW VRV heat pump serving FOH, BOH and kitchen; ducted split to bunker and comms rack; supplementary outside air system; new toilet exhaust; condensers to rear courtyard.
